I find businesses whose websites haven't been updated in a long time, rebuild the site first, and then send you the link. You're not looking at a mockup or a template with your name pasted in: it's your actual content, rebuilt. That's the whole pitch — you can judge it in ten seconds instead of sitting through a sales call.
Where I got your information: your business's public listing and your own public website. Nothing was purchased, and nothing private was used.
The proposal isn't public. A site I build for you carries a banner saying it's an unsolicited proposal and not your official website, and it stays that way until you decide you want it. If you'd rather it didn't exist, say so and it's deleted — one reply, no questions. There's a "remove this proposal" button on the page itself.
You are never charged for looking. Nothing happens until you choose a plan below.

Before you ever hear from me, I've already rebuilt your site with your own photos, services, hours and phone number. Nothing invented, nothing borrowed from a stock library you didn't pay for.
Open the link and there's a chat box on the page. "Wrong hours." "Use the other truck photo." "We don't do commercial anymore." I make the change while you watch, as many times as you want.
Like it? Pick a plan and I move it onto your own domain — your email is never touched, only the two web records. Don't like it? Close the tab. It disappears on request and you owe nothing.

Yes, and I'd rather say so plainly than pretend there's a design studio behind this. That's exactly why it costs $49 instead of $5,000 and takes minutes instead of two months. A human being — the person named at the bottom of this page — reads every reply and is responsible for what I do.
Then don't buy it. There's no trial to cancel and no card on file, because you haven't given me one. If you'd like the proposal taken down, reply and it's gone.
No, on both counts. Your domain stays registered in your name, in your account — I never take ownership of it. To point it at the new site, two web records change. Mail records are never touched, so your email keeps working exactly as it does today. If you'd rather not touch your domain settings at all, the site can also live at an address I provide.
Yes. Nothing I do deletes or modifies your existing site — I don't have access to it. Your old site stays exactly where it is until you personally decide to point your domain somewhere else.
You did. Every photo comes from your existing website or your public business listing, and every review shown is a real review, quoted word for word, from your public profile. I don't write fake testimonials, invent awards, or add claims like "licensed and insured" unless your own site already says it.
Reply to any email from me and say "cancel," or use the billing link in your receipt. The subscription stops at the end of that month — there's no cancellation fee and no minimum term. If you're on the $399 plan there's nothing to cancel; you already own it.
Because describing a redesign convinces nobody, and asking permission to make a free sample wastes both our time. Building it first is the only version of this that respects yours: you see the finished thing, decide in ten seconds, and never have to sit through a pitch. If that still bothers you, tell me and I'll delete it and leave you alone.
Every reply is read by a human, usually the same day.
